1. Purpose of This Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, and refunds for all online digital courses offered by Mentoria Academy.
By purchasing any online course from Mentoria Academy, learners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
Mentoria Academy provides structured digital training programs containing proprietary intellectual property, including video lectures, downloadable resources, curriculum design, training methodologies, and educational frameworks. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
2. Digital Product Nature & No Refund Principle
All Mentoria Academy online courses are digital learning products.
Due to the immediate access to proprietary educational content, all course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted to the learner.
No refunds will be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Lack of time or commitment
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
- Failure to complete the course
- Change in career plans or goals
- Misinterpretation of course scope when details were provided prior to purchase
- Partial course completion or usage
- Technical limitations on the learner’s device or internet connection
- Lack of prerequisite knowledge or experience
Learners are strongly encouraged to review course outlines, descriptions, FAQs, eligibility criteria, demo materials, and promotional content before making a purchase decision.
3. Limited Refund Eligibility (Access Failure Only)
A refund may only be considered under the following specific condition:
- The learner has successfully completed payment; but Mentoria Academy fails to provide course access within the officially stated activation period.
Standard Access Activation Period:
Within 3 (three) working days from confirmed payment unless otherwise communicated in writing.
If access is delayed due to incorrect information provided by the learner, incomplete registration, technical issues on the learner’s side, or force majeure circumstances, a refund will not be automatically granted.
Mentoria Academy reserves the right to resolve access issues by providing alternative access before considering any refund request.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Online course enrollments after access has been activated
- Discounted, promotional, or bundled course purchases
- Downloadable learning materials and bonus content
- Certificates or certification processing fees
- Administrative charges
- Mentorship sessions, consultations, or coaching services
- Bootcamp or offline practical training programs (subject to separate policies)
- Platform access fees or subscription components
- Payment gateway or banking charges
5. Learner Responsibility Before Enrollment
Prior to purchasing a course, learners are responsible for:
- Reviewing the complete course syllabus and learning outcomes
- Understanding the level and scope of training
- Ensuring technical compatibility with the learning platform
- Verifying language requirements and industry expectations
- Assessing their own readiness and commitment to complete the training
Failure to review available course information does not qualify for a refund.
6. Refund Request Procedure (If Eligible)
If a learner believes they qualify for a refund under Section 3:
- A written request must be submitted via the official Mentoria Academy support email within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
- The request must include:
- Full name and registered email
- Course name
- Payment receipt or transaction proof
- Description of the access issue
- Mentoria Academy will review the request and may request additional information.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe and returned through the original payment method where possible.
Mentoria Academy reserves the right to reject incomplete or unsupported refund claims.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All course content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Mentoria Academy and its instructors.
Once access is granted, the learner is deemed to have received the full digital product.
Unauthorized distribution, copying, downloading, resale, recording, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action without eligibility for refund.
8. Institutional Rights & Policy Updates
Mentoria Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time
- Refuse refund requests that do not meet stated eligibility criteria
- Suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy violation
- Make final decisions regarding refund disputes
All decisions made by Mentoria Academy regarding refund eligibility shall be considered final within the bounds of applicable law.
