- You will receive receipts and confirmations via email.
- You agree that payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours in written.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Digital Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted.
- Live/Instructor-Led Courses: Refund allowed up to 24 hours before start date, less any transaction fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website (videos, text, graphics, logos, software) is owned or licensed by Menoria Academy and protected under Bangladesh and international intellectual property laws.
- You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only.
